• To analyze specific areas in the implementation of the language policy for grades 4-5, since this is the level where the transition from mother tongue to English medium of instruction takes place, these areas include: the linguistic planning of the eleven official languages, the development of curriculum materials, teacher-training, in-service support and in-service training, etc.
