Country experience: Experience: I have been involved in educational research since 2001 and working in the capacity of research associate. In this period of time, I have developed my capacity in the field of research through practically working in the field, collecting and analysing data and synthesizing the research findings for dissemination to wider audiance. These days I am doing my Masters in Education and International Development from University of London.
Projects: Completed three research studies: - NGOs' initiatives for education in Sindh province, - Teacher Education initiatives of Punjab province and - Leadership and management initiatives of IED graduates in their respective schools. Also presented findings of the research on various international fora.
